Hello & welcome,

Naturopathy has been a lifelong passion of mine - growing up my father studied naturopathy, and my mother was (and still is!) queen of healthy cooking in our household. As a result I was lucky enough to be raised with the likes of herbal extracts, homeopathics and sound dietary principles to support healthy immune function, and growth and development.

I will be eternally grateful to my folks for providing me with these solid foundations to support my own interests in health and wellbeing into adulthood, and ultimately set me on the career path I have chosen.

It is my aim to empower my patients to be the change that they want in their own life.

I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, and being active in the beautiful alpine region that I am lucky to call home.

I place heavy emphasis on interpreting pathology results, functional pathology testing (where required), incorporating the use of herbal and nutritional medicine, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations to assess and assist patients improving their long term health outcomes.

I also incorporate the use of iridology to assist in gaining more insight into a patient’s individual constitution, allowing me to further personalise their prescription/tailor their needs.

In terms of areas of expertise, I consider myself to be a “generalist” practitioner - I do not specialise in any particular field, and enjoy treating a large range of conditions, for all ages and stages of the lifespan.

Conditions that I commonly treat include (but are not limited to):

    • Digestive disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, IBS, IBD, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, food intolerances, worms and parasites

    • Thyroid conditions such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, conditions of the parathyroid
